The Weston Brain Institute International Outstanding Achievement Award recognizes exceptional investigators who have made significant advances in the field of translational research to accelerate the development of therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases of aging. This award is given every other year to a researcher in Canada.

The winner of the Weston Brain Institute International Outstanding Achievement Award 2018 is Dr. Anthony E. Lang, Director of the Edmond J. Safra program in Parkinson’s Disease at the University Health Network and Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
