July 7, 2017

The Institute is pleased to announce that all European-based programs will now be accepting applications from researchers in Ireland, the Netherlands, and the UK.  This includes the Rapid Response 2018 program and the Novel Biomarkers 2018 program:

  1. Rapid Response – provides seed funding for novel, high-risk, high-reward translational research projects that accelerate the development of therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases of aging
  2. Novel Biomarkers – provides funding for the testing of understudied and/or underfunded biomarkers in clinical samples/data or patients, in order to accelerate the development of therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases of aging

Funding for these programs is provided by the Selfridges Group Foundation.  The Institute looks forward to this expansion of its programs and continuing to fund world-class translational research.
